說是畢祿山輕鬆行,其實一點都不輕鬆。特別是高繞又多花了一個小時;其中路程拉繩及上上下下段差大的,平常沒鍛練的走起來真的會累趴。

隨時補充體力、能量;若有抽筋等症狀真的要趕快詢求協助,緩減症狀。這次有人扭傷行程整個大延後,晚餐也取消、還出動消防救難隊人員將傷者帶出。出門平安最重要❗️
