今天比昨天溫暖一些,爬山其實很舒服,只是停下腳步時要將外套穿上,不然吹風還是會冷

爬完體重由83.8降至82.9公斤,可能是30年沒見過的重量!Apple watch 搭配iPhone使用,對於運動的幫助太大了!本來iPhone就可以紀錄登山及慢跑,有了Apple watch,連游泳、重訓及瑜珈都能紀錄!而且,多了心率,就能計算熱量消耗,同時了解不同運動對心肺的影響,避免自己超過心肺極限而產生風險!可惜離線地圖無法在Apple watch 呈現出來,本來很期待hiking book 與Apple的合作在這部分能有突破,但並沒有!而呈現的資訊甚至比Apple watch 的自有app還少,有點小失望😅!現在一樣只能拿出手機查路徑了!
