9/8身體微漾後來反覆發燒身體痠痛,9/11、9/15耳鼻喉科看診,9/20以後身體覺得好多了,耍廢2週要練一下體能,上坡慢走時間跟上次走的差異不大,下山大魔王了,14:30以後覺得走的無力,膝蓋微酸微痛越走越慢,還被團體組的人超車😅走的很厭世,覺得走不完,下次身體有狀況還是慢慢進階走,才不會累到自己
